No experience is required to engage in paragliding. However, it would be best if you were mentally prepared. There is no age limit either, though, kids and older people are not recommended to try this due to the safety factor. Windproof jackets and tight shoes are a must to prevent cold and many other issues. However, there is a weight limit of 100kg, so you need to slim down if you are more than 100 kg. The paragliding center offers you the excellent, well-experienced pilots to free you of worry and enjoy the experience and sights around. 


All the companies offering paragliding is required to pass the safety test, so they have proper knowledge of the stuff and work to ensure the safety measures. However, there is still some risk, like any extreme sports. Although it is infrequent that issues occur, and it would not be as much fun as it is with some risk involved.
